Each promo card will provide you with key details, such as eligible game, per-spin value (if it’s a spin bundle), how long it’s available/when it expires, and the exact step sequence (activate vs launch vs opt in) to claim it.

The 30-Second Promo Check
Here’s the offer-skimming process we use so decisions take seconds, not minutes:
Do you actually want to play the specific game named in the offer right now? If it’s a live-table promo and you’re not in a live mood, skip it.
For free spins offers, check the per-spin value for the game. For other perks, check any cap or how rewards land (random drop vs after an event ends).
Does the time frame to claim and use the offer fit the window you have for your session? If not, don’t bend your plan around it.

Rookie Mistakes (And Our Fixes)
We were once new to OJO too, and we’ve made mistakes. Here’s what we learned so hopefully you can avoid the same ones:
You play a minute, then realise the offer never activated. Fix: read the promo card; if it says Activate, do that first and wait for the success tick.
You claim with five minutes left, then get a phone call. Fix: only grab the offer if the time window genuinely fits your next half hour.
The clock hits zero and you go hunting for a workaround. Fix: let it go; there’ll be another offer tomorrow.
You claim an offer thinking you can choose any game but are stuck playing one you don’t like. Fix: Read the promo card and find out what game it’s linked to. If you don’t like it, don’t claim it.
A glitch happens and you reach out to support, but you can’t provide offer info. Fix: before you claim, snap the card/tile or in-game info panel (with the timer). Future-you will thank you.
When Spins or Rewards Don’t Show
Stay calm and run the basics we’ve listed below. In most cases, one of the following steps will be the fix you need.
